Application process for Individuals (Aadhaar or PAN based online process)
1. Apply using your Aadhaar
Kindly share your mobile number and email id with us to send you the online registration link.
- Generate Aadhaar Offline e-KYC XML file (.zip) from Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC.
- Note the Share Code for above XML file.
- Complete online registration with the following:
- Your mobile number linked to Aadhaar
- Your email id linked to Aadhaar (or if not linked, any other email id).
- Pan number (mandatory for adding PAN to digital signature certificate for Income Tax e-Filing.
- Video recording
- SMS verification (format will be send in sms and email)
In case assistance is required, we will be happy to help you by completing the online registration. Video and SMS verification steps will have to be completed separately by the applicant.
On successful validation of your online application, the digital signature will be issued to you. If you have ordered a new USB Token with us, we will ship the same to you containing your digital signature certificate. For orders without USB Token, you will receive a download link for your DSC.
Please note that you will require a CSP version 2.0 USB Crypto Token to download your Digital Signature Certificate.
2. Apply using your PAN
Kindly share your mobile number and email id with us to send you the online registration link.
Complete online registration with the following:
- Your mobile number linked to PAN
- Your email id linked to PAN(or if not linked, any other email id).
- Address proof document
- Video recording (with Address proof display)
- SMS verification (format will be send in sms and email)
In case assistance is required, we will be happy to help you by completing the online registration. Video and SMS verification steps will have to be completed separately by the applicant.
On successful validation of your online application, the digital signature will be issued to you. If you have ordered a new USB Token with us, we will ship the same to you containing your digital signature certificate. For orders without USB Token, you will receive a download link for your DSC.
